Dr. Wokoma replaces Benibo Anabraba as SSG, while Ewule takes over from Edison Ehie as Chief of Staff. No official reasons have yet been given for the removal of the former officeholders.
The moves come amid ongoing political recalibration in the state following earlier tensions between Fubara and members of the Rivers State House of Assembly loyal to former governor Nyesom Wike. After President Bola Tinubu intervened to halt impeachment proceedings against the governor and his deputy, several political changes have followed.
