The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board will attend to walk-in candidates at its offices and selected outstations nationwide on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, as part of activities marking its Customer Service Week. The exercise will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

JAMB announced the initiative on Monday, saying candidates would have an opportunity to meet its officials directly to make enquiries, seek guidance or raise concerns relating to the board’s services.

The examination body advised candidates planning to participate to clearly explain the issues they want resolved so officials can properly understand their concerns and provide appropriate assistance. The arrangement covers all JAMB offices as well as selected outstations across the country.

JAMB said the initiative forms part of efforts to improve communication and service delivery to candidates, adding that Customer Service Week provides another opportunity for the board to listen to applicants, respond to their concerns and improve their overall experience.
