• The suspect was said to have been arrested on Monday by operatives of the Eleme Police Division at his residence following a formal complaint lodged by the parents of the girls aged 13 and 11, respectively.Father of the older minor, Cletus (other names withheld), alleged that the suspect’s style is to send the two children on an errand and will later invite them into his room after they return with the item he had asked them to buy.
• “Then he (suspect) will lock the door, turn up the volume of his music and sexually assault the children,” he said.Cletus further alleged that after the incident, the suspect threatened to deal severely with the underaged girls if they disclosed what had happened to them.
