• The suspects — Emmanuel Chukwuemeka, Clifford Boleyelefa, Amadi Princewill, and Amadi Felix Chibuike — were arrested in Bayelsa and Imo States following what the police described as intelligence-led operations and a painstaking investigation.This was disclosed in a press briefing issued on Monday by the Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command, CP Yemi Oyeniyi.
• The case is connected to the unlawful possession of a firearm recovered on May 1, 2026, in Effurun.The command said the breakthrough began after the arrest of Emmanuel Chukwuemeka in Bayelsa State on May 4, 2026, alongside a friend whose phone was allegedly used in communicating the transaction.
