• The incident reportedly slowed vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the ever-busy highway, prompting commuters on the route to witness an unusual scene.It was gathered that the man remained on the roadside until personnel of the Anambra State Police Command arrived at the scene and assisted in taking him to the hospital.A shop owner near the scene, who was present when the incident occurred, said people were afraid to go near the victim because they could not ascertain the circumstances that led to his collapse.
• He added that some people feared the unconscious man might have been under one influence or another.
